Winslew features all the stuff I personally thought should be included in a Read It Later client to make it useful for you and for me (yes, I do use it myself very actively e. g. to collect all the development documentations). Also Winslew is tested at three PCs I have access to (Win XP Pro SP3 32 Bit English, Win XP Pro SP3 32 Bit German and Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit English) but as it is software it is most likely to have some bugs.
